ssshhh! don’t tell anyone
What are your thoughts on self-love and satisfaction? How do you wind down after a stressful day?
If you ask me — sometimes it’s just by feeling myself. Yep, you understood it right… by masturbating. Wait, don’t roll your eyes just yet — hear me out before you go “Oh my God, she said that word! Hell yes, I did.
I know there’s a taboo around it, but honestly — how do you even get to know yourself otherwise? What do you want in your sex life? What feels good? What turns you on? If you expect your partner (or whoever you fall for next) to figure that out for you while you haven’t figured it out for yourself — how’s that going to work?
Now obviously, duh — I’m not sharing my sex or self-love life. But here’s a fact: regardless of gender, masturbation boosts your mood, improves sleep, relieves stress, and helps you focus. Sure, overdoing it isn’t healthy, but have you ever thought about the effects of denying yourself pleasure altogether?
So go ahead — take matters into your own hands. Whether it’s your favorite toy or your go-to method, give yourself that alone time. Feel an orgy or two… or as many as your batteries can handle. Glow up, chill out, and don’t let anyone make you feel guilty about it.
PS: Don’t hurt anyone. And don’t hurt yourself either.
Remember — whether you have a partner or not, self-love can always be a priority, no terms and conditions attached.
So Happy Masturbation Day — or as I like to call it,
Happy Self-Love Day. And honestly? It deserves to be celebrated more than once a year. Once a week sounds about right. 😉
Wishing you good sexual health, good vibes, and no — I won’t end this with green tea or a cheeky gadget shoutout. Just a nudge to go seek those feel-good moments whenever you can.
Alright, enough oversharing for today. Catch you in the next one.
Keep reading, and if you have got thoughts, drop them in the comments or tell me what you had like me to write about next.
What Pink?
Welcome to the blog!
Let me ask you a quick question — what’s your favorite color?
If you said PINK, congratulations, you might be paying an extra little fee known as the “Pink Tax.”
Yep, you read that right. Some of you might already know about this, but let me quickly explain.
It’s about paying extra for products that are marketed as feminine — especially if they’re pink — even though they’re essentially the same as other products.
I stumbled upon this recently, and suddenly a lot of things made sense. Whenever I went shopping, I had notice a price difference when choosing product colors. And guess what? I had often go for black or blue because pink was always more expensive. And honestly, it didn’t make sense — it’s the same thing, so why should color change the price?
Mind you, it won’t make you broke. It just makes you an aware buyer.
Curious, I started digging around. I read different blogs from the US, Australia, India, and other countries. Turns out, people have been protesting this for a while — demanding unisex products and no gender-based pricing.
But wait a minute — what can I do about this?
Honestly, probably nothing big. But I can at least be aware that this exists.
You might think — “Eh, it’s just a few quids.”
And yes, I get that. But over time, those “few quids” turn into hundreds. And if you actually calculate the lifetime expenses on women’s products… it goes into thousands.
So? Should I stop buying my favorite color? I don’t know.
But maybe — next time, if you compare a male and female product and realise the composition, material, or features are exactly the same, and the only difference is price and color — wouldn’t you want to pick the cheaper one?
Maybe start there.
Maybe one day, we will reach a point where no one has to pay a “color tax.”
Thanks for reading.
My blogs are just my thoughts. They are never targeted at any specific gender or group — just things I notice, reflect on, and feel like writing about. This topic might be sensitive for some, and that’s okay. I hope you felt comfortable reading it.
Meanwhile, I’m going back to my colored products — pink iPhone, pink AirPods cover, and pink Stanley cup. It’s wild how a color you love can turn into a strategy, a price tag, and an industry norm that comes with a cost. Oh — and just to be clear, I haven’t even touched on the gender pay gap, expenses, and those deeper dynamics. That’s a chat for another time.
Loving yourself
💭 \”Have you ever paused to acknowledge your own strength?\”
Not the loud victories, but the quiet resilience—the small moments of choosing yourself when no one else is watching.✨
Quick challenge: Can you think of 5 small wins you have had today?🤔
I will go first:
- Woke up without snoozing the alarm three times.
- Included 10 grams of protein in my meals.
- Tried not to be too hard on myself.
- Did my makeup, even though I was running late.
- Brainstormed ideas for my next blog.
To every Woman Reading This:
To the girl who stands up for herself, even when her voice shakes.
To the woman balancing a career, a home, and a million expectations.
To the one still figuring things out, still learning to love herself.
This is for you.🌸
\”There’s nothing more beautiful than a woman who chooses herself.\” – Unknown
We often celebrate those who break records or shatter glass ceilings—and yes, they deserve every bit of applause. But today, I want to celebrate the everyday wins of all of us.
To the woman who said NO when expected to say yes.
To the woman who walked away from what no longer served her.️
And to you—the one carrying the weight of things no one else sees—I see you.
We don’t have to be \”strong\” all the time. Hormones, mood swings, exhaustion—yep, we all feel it. So, if you need to cry, rest, dance or do nothing at all, go for it.
But most importantly—celebrate yourself.💕
Buy yourself flowers, your favorite meal, or take a moment just for you—not just today, but whenever you need it.
Because being you isn’t just about surviving—it’s about living, loving, and owning every part of yourself.
So here’s to us. 🥂The ones who keep going, growing, and choosing ourselves—even on the hardest days.
With love,
A woman who’s still learning, growing, and celebrating herself.
I will be right back—heard Aldi has purple tulips, and they will look beautiful in my living room.
PS: Even though this resonates around women, it\’s not about only them — we all deserve pampering, and you can do that with no guilt involved.
Choosing Yourself
Welcome to my blog!
It’s a Sunday evening, and as I relax on my weekend, a thought crosses my mind—Will there ever be a day when I finally put my thoughts into words? Oh! I should start writing a blog. And here I am, after countless moments of Yes, No, Maybe later.
Today is a celebration!
It has been two years since I moved abroad. As a Mumbai girl, I know Mumbai is now recognised worldwide, but to introduce it in my own way—it\’s a city in India where people carry there dreams in their hearts. And on 12th January 2023, I boarded a flight to Dublin, carrying not just my suitcase but a heart full of hopes and an imagination of the life I wanted to build.
✨ \”She was never quite ready. But she was brave. And the universe listens to brave.\” — Rebecca Ray
I did not know what experiences awaited me. On that flight, I had my bags packed with clothes, favorite foods, and memories of the life they were leaving behind. But inside my mind? A whirlwind of random thoughts.
Over the past months, every single day has been about making choices—some carefully thought out, others overthought. And now, as I celebrate this milestone, I realise that this journey is still just beginning. There is so much more to come.
The Journey So Far
Moving your entire life is never easy. But as I took that step, I discovered a mix of strength and vulnerability within me. Some days were tough, but every new sunrise brought with it a little more courage.
Dublin, with its unpredictable weather, often greets us with biting cold. But in those moments, I find warmth—not just from layers of sweaters, but from my friends, whether they are here with me or just a video call away. Their presence feels like summer—long days, bright sunshine, and a comforting embrace.
I’m still learning how to navigate life, ticking things off my bucket list one step at a time. Instead of rushing into everything, I want to write my way through this journey, shaping my story one chapter at a time.
To Anyone on a Similar Journey
If you are planning to move abroad or have already stepped into a new life—more power to you! Hang in there. One day, you’ll look back and feel proud of the decision you made.
**Signing off for now—**a girl on her couch, sipping green tea while the sky remains cloudy, but the scent of my favorite candle and the comfort of my playlist make everything feel just right.
